Parking: with valid EU-parking card for free at the entrance of the fortress opposite the ticket office. A severely disabled person's card is not sufficient.

Tickets: reduced admission upon presentation of a severely disabled person's ID card

Accompanying person: for severely disabled persons with the mark "B" in their severely disabled pass: free admission for one accompanying person

Assistance dogs: free of charge
