The building was constructed in 1896/97 to accommodate married non-commissioned officers. The barracks, built in Prussian utilitarian architecture, consisted of 15 self-contained flats (living room, chamber, kitchen, anteroom). In 1921, a health resort for members of the Reich defence opened here. During World War II, French prisoners of war were accommodated here. Today, it is residential.
